BAR-B-CUE is a tradition that's been carried on for centuries. We decided to venture across the country in search of this tasty tradition. After packin' on a few extra pounds and experiencing all the different styles of barbecue, one thing remained the same - the "Love!" That "Love" is the respect and understanding of the food, the atmosphere and the art of barbecue.
